What is a U-Head Adjustable Formwork Jack?
A U-Head Jack / Adjustable Head Jack connects telescopic props / ceiling jacks and modular scaffolding to slab beams. It provides millimeter-precise leveling, even load distribution, and height adjustment for concrete slabs, walls and bridges.
Without a proper U-head, concrete formwork panels shift, slabs sag and concrete quality drops. A quality U-head must have a smooth CNC thread, 5mm thick U-plate, and a ductile cast iron wing nut with no play, holding 3–5 tons without deformation.
